NVQ Level 4 - Information & Communication Technology Technician
Information & Communication Technology Technician (ICTT) NVQ Level 4 is a full-time course offered by TVEC-approved Government Technical Colleges and Vocational Training Centers. This is a 1 year full time course and after successful completion, you will qualify for the ICT NVQ Level 5 Diploma Course.
Course Objective :- To gain knowledge, skills and competencies of an Information & Communication Technician.
Entry Qualifications :- Pass 06 subjects in G.C.E. (O/L) with credits in English and Maths OR NVQ Level 3
Course Duration :- One Year Full Time ( 6 months theory + 6 months training)
Medium :- Sinhala / English
NVQ Level :- NVQ Level 4

U-01 Maintain Files and Folders
U-02 Perform word processing
U-03 Prepare spreadsheet
U-04 Prepare presentations
U-05 Maintain databases
U-06 Perform internet and electronic mail operation
U-07 Install and configure operating system
U-08 Conduct installation and troubleshooting of network from client PC
U-09 Develop graphics for online / print media
U-10 Design and develop static web pages
U-11 Develop basic software solution
